About the role
You will join a small product team building and evolving business-critical platforms for clients across the Americas.
This role combines hands-on engineering, architecture decisions, product judgment, and close collaboration with design and client teams.
What you'll do
- Ship accessible, high-quality product experiences across the stack
- Shape architecture, APIs, data models, and delivery practices
- Turn ambiguous requirements into testable increments
- Review code and help teammates grow through useful feedback
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Strong TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational database experience
- Clear written and spoken English for client collaboration
- Evidence of owning systems after launch
Nice to have
- Cloud infrastructure or platform experience
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into products
