About the role
You will own planning, management reporting, and core financial operations for our Delaware business.
The role partners closely with studio leadership on capacity, investment, pricing, and sustainable growth decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash visibility, and management reporting
- Improve project economics, capacity, and pricing analysis
- Coordinate accounting, tax, payroll, and control partners
- Turn financial signals into clear operating recommendations
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in finance, FP&A, or controllership
- Strong forecasting, modeling, and communication skills
- Experience in professional services or project-based businesses
- Ability to work regularly from Delaware
Nice to have
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience with distributed international teams
