About the role
You will lead experience design within a multidisciplinary product team and work directly with client stakeholders and users.
We value designers who make systems understandable, test assumptions early, and stay close through implementation.
What you'll do
- Lead research, journey mapping, interaction design, and prototyping
- Create coherent systems across complex workflows
- Facilitate alignment and critique with client and product teams
- Partner with engineering through quality review and launch
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing shipped digital products
- A portfolio showing process, systems thinking, and outcomes
- Strong Figma and prototyping practice
- Confident client communication in English
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise or AI-enabled products
- Design-system contribution experience
