About the role
You will lead the delivery environment around one or more strategic product streams.
The job is not status reporting—it is creating the decisions, rhythms, visibility, and trust that help senior teams do great work.
What you'll do
- Establish clear plans, risks, decisions, and outcome visibility
- Facilitate healthy collaboration with client leaders
- Remove blockers without adding unnecessary process
- Improve delivery practices through evidence and retrospection
What we're looking for
- 6+ years leading complex digital delivery
- Experience with senior product, design, and engineering teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong judgment under ambiguity and change
Nice to have
- Consulting or agency delivery experience
- Experience with distributed teams across the Americas
