You will work at the boundary of product engineering and applied AI, taking ideas from evaluation through production.
Success means building systems people can understand, operate, and improve—not just impressive demos.
What you'll do
- Design and ship AI-assisted product workflows
- Build evaluation, guardrail, and observability systems
- Partner with product and domain experts on measurable outcomes
- Make thoughtful model, retrieval, latency, and cost tradeoffs
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in production software engineering
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM or machine-learning capabilities
- Strong Python or TypeScript and API design skills
- Practical understanding of evaluation and responsible AI
Nice to have
- RAG and vector search experience
- Experience with regulated or high-trust domains
