About the role
You will establish pragmatic platform foundations across cloud infrastructure, delivery automation, observability, and developer experience.
The role is influential and hands-on: you will set direction while pairing with the teams who use the platform.
What you'll do
- Define platform roadmaps tied to measurable delivery outcomes
- Build reusable infrastructure and paved paths
- Improve reliability, security, cost visibility, and incident learning
- Coach engineers through architecture and operational decisions
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in software or platform engineering
- Deep cloud, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration experience
- Strong systems thinking and technical communication
- Experience leading across several product teams
Nice to have
- FinOps or security engineering experience
- Experience designing internal developer platforms
