About the role
You will own talent partnerships across product, design, engineering, data, and delivery roles.
This role combines sourcing craft, candidate advocacy, structured assessment, and close planning with studio leaders.
What you'll do
- Build diverse, high-quality LATAM talent pipelines
- Create clear and respectful candidate journeys
- Partner with teams on role definition and structured interviews
- Use recruiting data to improve speed, quality, and fairness
What we're looking for
- 5+ years recruiting technical or digital-product talent
- Deep familiarity with LATAM talent markets
- Strong English and Spanish communication
- Evidence of improving candidate and hiring-manager experience
Nice to have
- Agency or professional-services recruiting
- Experience with skills-based assessment design
